Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Filaments, 3D pens & accessories: usually delivered in 3–7 business days.
- 3D printers: usually delivered in 5–10 business days.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
- Despatch is subject to stock availability.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email/SMS. You can also check your order status in My Account → Orders.
Damaged or missing parcel
Please record an unboxing video and inspect the package on delivery. If the parcel is damaged, tampered or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video at support@nfil3d.com or WhatsApp +91 80 80 80 1204.
