We are confident in the exceptional quality of our nfil3D filaments. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your nfil3D filament that are proven to be a result of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
1 Year Warranty on nfil3D Printers
nfil3D printers are built to last. We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts and components against manufacturing defects. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no cost to you (shipping costs may apply).
What’s Covered:
- Filaments: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Printers: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Consumable items (e.g., print bed, nozzle)
